Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
Online payments
Online payments are processed through our authorised payment service providers. Your payment information is handled through the applicable payment gateway's secure systems.
AVERON does not directly store your complete card or banking credentials.
Cash on Delivery
COD may be available for eligible orders and locations.
If COD is unavailable for a particular order, location, or product, the available payment options will be displayed during checkout.
Payment confirmation
Your order will be confirmed once the payment has been successfully authorised.
For COD orders, the order will be confirmed according to our order-verification process.
Payment failures
If your payment is unsuccessful but your account has been debited, please contact us with your order/payment details. We will verify the transaction and assist with the applicable resolution.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider and legal requirements. �
